The plan is a real holding company: Klarhimmel owning separate companies, selling nothing itself, moving the money from each win into the next one.

Getting there needs at least one line to prove it can run without me, and some paperwork Klarhimmel hasn't done yet. Today, one company does everything itself. That's not a gap to hide.
