Klarhimmel provides custom software development, automation, and consulting services. Services are described in detail in individual project agreements.

Payments

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees. For retainer services, payment is due on the first of each month.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the code and deliverables created for your project. We retain the right to use generalized approaches and techniques learned during the project for other clients.

Limitation of Liability

Klarhimmel is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Cancellation & Refunds

Services may be cancelled with written notice. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for unused portions of retainer contracts.
