Register or move your domain, set up DNS and the records your email depends on, and host your website. Choose where it lives: in your own account, managed by Felix, or in Klarhimmel’s, with one monthly bill.

When it helps

Your domain, email and website were set up by different people over the years, and nobody is sure where the logins are or what a change would break. Or you are starting fresh and want it done properly once. Begin with the domain, the email it carries and where the site should live.

How the work runs

Take stock. List the domain, its registrar, the DNS records and the services that depend on them, email included.

Set up or move. Register or move the domain and set up DNS, email authentication records and hosting, then check that mail and the site keep working through the switch.

Keep it current. Renew the domain, keep certificates and records current, and make the changes when you add a service or change supplier.

What you keep

In your own account you keep the domain, the DNS and the hosting, with a record of every setting, and you can leave without asking. Hosted by Klarhimmel, moving everything to your own account later is part of the agreement.

What it does not promise

This covers the domain, DNS and hosting for the agreed sites. It does not include mailboxes themselves, and it is not a promise of round-the-clock response; availability also depends on the hosting provider. Domain registration and hosting fees are charged at cost. The scope and price are agreed before work begins.

Talk through the problem

Bring the task, the systems involved and what you want to improve. We agree the scope before work starts.
