This is Klarhimmel AB's privacy policy. I'm Felix Hellström, and I collect the minimum I need to do the work. I never sell your data to anyone.

- Your name and company, for project discussions
- The project details you share with me during a förstudie or a build
This website sets no cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device and does not identify you.

- To deliver the work you've asked for
- To improve this site and how I work
- To send you updates, only if you've asked for them
Your Rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Write to [email protected] to do that.
Terms of Service
Scope of Services
I provide custom software development, systems integration, and contract engineering through Klarhimmel AB. What's included is described in each project's own agreement.
Payments
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may carry additional fees. A recurring drift or retainer line is due on the first of each month.
Intellectual Property
Once you've paid in full, you own the code and the deliverables built for your project. I keep the right to reuse the general approach and technique on other work, never your specific code or data.
Limitation of Liability
Work is delivered as-is. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from its use.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel with written notice. Refunds on a retainer or drift line are pro-rata for the unused part of the month.
Confidentiality
I treat everything you tell me as confidential. Project details aren't shared with anyone else without your explicit consent.
